This page explains how to delete your DiveCheck account. DiveCheck is made by Kraken DiveWorks, LLC.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open DiveCheck and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete my account. (If you are stuck on the subscription screen, it is also under Need help?.)
3. Read the summary and tap Continue.
4. Sign in again with the same Apple or Google account to confirm it is you.

What is deleted

• Your DiveCheck sign-in record, and any links between your sign-ins.
• Your customer record on our subscription platform, RevenueCat. This happens immediately, or within 30 days if it has to be queued; until it is done we keep only your sign-in identifier (your Apple anonymous identifier or your Google email address).
• If you signed in with Apple, DiveCheck’s Sign in with Apple authorization on your Apple ID.

What is not deleted

• Active subscriptions are not cancelled. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions screen so you are not charged again.
• Purchase records that Apple or Google keep themselves.
• Dive logs and other data on your device, and backups in your own iCloud or Google Drive. Use Delete all data in Settings, or remove the backups from your own cloud storage. Kraken DiveWorks does not hold this data.

Cannot use the app?

If you no longer have the device, email info@krakendiveworks.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my DiveCheck account”. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
